Namespace PRs for Lazy Consensus

I have created two pull requests to update the Architecture Specification and namespace registry regarding namespaces, as discussed at the 29 November working meeting:

 

• PR #92 – update namespace registry
• PR #93 – update Appendix F of the Architecture Specification

 

Per our 1 week timeframe for lazy consensus, these changes will be merged Thursday, 14 December, unless concerns are raised.
