of participants in queue; presumably Jeff was unavailable.

Gents, we need improve on this in the
future either by using a call-in number not blocked by Leader's unavailability,
or by the future Vice-Chair and Secretary having the Leader Call-in number.

Carrying forward agenda items to the
next meeting on June 22nd:

- Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting
(June 8th),
- Requirement for SC Secretary and Vice
Chair and subsequent Election Process,
- Election of SC Secretary and/or Vice
Chair, as modified by the above,
- Improved Meeting Call-in process,
- Relationship between SCA and OSGi
discuss/agree where technical work should be sponsored (re e-mails from
David Burke & Patrick Leonard),
- Plus other items submitted to <opencsa-ms@lists.oasis-open.org>
ahead of next meeting.
