but the Steering Committee agreed that this should represent the Member
Section QR for 3Q07, with the amendment that the comment on the coordinating
group (Liaison Subcommittee) is moved from section (c) to section (b).

Member Section is now up and running.
The initial 6 SCA TCs started operation and are now meeting weekly.
We held a very successful kick-off Plenary Week in Palo Alto with an  
initial SCA Information Day (with approximately 80+ attendees),  
followed by two days of TC face to face meetings.
Most TCs now have initial working drafts.

Approved work Plan document.

Participated in infoq email interview.
Planning complete for InfoWorld Nov conference.
SDO TC Charter proposed

Resolved several cross-TC issues.
