The OpenCSA Steering Committee Operational Procedure changes reflected in
this document have been reviewed by the Steering Committee as part of the
February 18th, 2010 meeting.  The changes are viewed as minor.  Any issues,
concerns, additional changes should be sent to this distribution list.  In
the absence of further comments, this document will become operational on
March 1st, 2010.  If comments are received, the current Operational
Procedure will remain in place until the comments are reviewed at the next
scheduled Steering Committee meeting.

received prior to March 1st, 2010, this document will become final and
operational effective on that date.
