I looked at the bounce message.  The bhpgc.co.uk site is reporting that it
doesn't have an user named victoriana (any longer).  

These only come back to the original sender and do not go out to the list.
The way the OASIS TC lists work, the original sender is recorded as the
From/Sender in the forwarded mail, not the list server itself.  (Odd
side-effect is that list subscribers have to fix their spam filters for all
who send to the list, not to just the list server.)  Other lists services
often use a list admin as the address that bounces go to.

Your message goes to the list just fine.  This is all about one of the list
recipients and not the list system.

It is appropriate to delete victoriana@bhpgc.co.uk from the list.

Starting to see this when sending a message to 
opendocument-users@lists.oasis-open.org.  I've heard from another list 
participant, not at IBM, that they are seeing the same thing.  The message 
does go through, but we all receive this bounce notice. 

If the problem is with "victoriana=bhpgc.co.uk" behaving badly, can we 
boot them from the list?

I just thought of a legitimate use case.  A cell with a formula =NOW().

The table:formula attribute and the value stored in the cell would would 
quickly go out of alignment, since one is hard-coded in the XML and one
