Hi Tony,

 

I haven't seen the text from the Oasis staff decision if the changing the word scores to values would widen the scope.  

Where is this documented?

After consulting with the OASIS Staff, Here are steps suggested to resolve the Charter Issues from the F2F

1. Prepare a change-marked version of the charter, see attached
(See attached file: OASIS Open Reputation Management Systems Charter Updates.doc)

2. Hold a vote to determine whether or not the majority of the TC thinks the changes expand the scope of the charter.

a.       If yes, conduct a ballot to determine if the TC wants to recharter

b.      If no, conduct a ballot to determine if the TC wants to clarify its charter

3.       In either case, OASIS would then need to conduct Special Majority ballots (web-based) to approve either change

4.       Those who feel the wrong step was taken have the ability to appeal the decision to the TC Administrator.
