Subject: [orms] Proposal to move charter changes forwardAfter consulting with the OASIS Staff, Here are steps suggested to resolve the Charter Issues from the F2F
1. Prepare a change-marked version of the charter, see attached
(See attached file: OASIS Open Reputation Management Systems Charter Updates.doc)2. Hold a vote to determine whether or not the majority of the TC thinks the changes expand the scope of the charter.
3. In either case, OASIS would then need to conduct Special Majority ballots (web-based) to approve either change
a. If yes, conduct a ballot to determine if the TC wants to recharter
b. If no, conduct a ballot to determine if the TC wants to clarify its charter
4. Those who feel the wrong step was taken have the ability to appeal the decision to the TC Administrator.
