Would it be possible to add to the agenda:
- standardizing on a common UML tool or UML exchange format (Altova  
UModel tool suggested by Bill doesn't seem to be cross platform)
- possibility to setup a subversion server for versioned documents so  
that everybody can edit (e.g. bibtex source)
