Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OSLCCORE-107) Query spec does not define syntax of oslc.prefix

David Honey updated OSLCCORE-107:
---------------------------------

Proposal: Include a reference to the normative description of oslc.prefix in OSLC Core 3.0. The query spec would also benefit from examples that show how a client determines the known prefixes, and adds any new ones that need to be referenced in a query. (was: Include a reference to the normative description of oslc.prefix in OSLC Core 3.0.)

> https://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OSLCCoreSpecQuery describes oslc.prefix but does not define its syntax. There is a description in OSLC Core 3.0, and I assume this is the right place to define it and query should use that.
