of publishing the documents and starting the public review. Chet noticed:

       
▪        RDF namespace URL broken
       
▪        The spec contains links
to openservices.net that look they ought to go to OASIS e.g . OSLC Core
Specification at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcCoreSpecification#Resource_Shapes- should be [[!OSLCShapes]]
