OSLC CM 3.0 Statement of Use from Eclipse Lyo

Dear OASIS members and other interested parties,

I would like to submit a statement of use on behalf of the Eclipse Lyo project. Eclipse Lyo project has successfully implemented the OASIS Change Management Specification, Version 3.0, Committee Specification 01 (http://docs.oasis-open.org/oslc-domains/cm/v3.0/cs01/part1-change-mgt/cm-v3.0-cs01-part1-change-mgt.html) dated 08 June 2018, in accordance with the conformance clauses defined in Section 5 âConformanceâ of the specification. This use of the specification includes interoperation with other similar independent implementations, as well as integration with tools supporting other OSLC domain specifications. In particular, the Eclipse Lyo project makes use of the OSLC Change Management v3.0 specification in 3 different projects:

1) The RIO Bug Tracker application that makes use of the âcm:Defectâ resource.
2) The OSLC4J Change Management application that, in particular, makes use of the âcm:ChangeRequestâ resource.
3) The RIO Change Management application that also makes use of the âcm:ChangeRequestâ resource. Unfortunately, this app does not support Creation Factories just yet, as required by the OSLC CM v3.0 specification. It can be quite easily extended to do so, however.
