Resource Shape Updated

Arthur and TC members,

I updated our resource shape document (both SVN and Wiki). The main change
was namespace update (as Arthur told me) and fixing some typos (check r57[1]
and r58[2]).

At TC telecom today, we have decided to make review about descriptions of
properties as follows:
 * not by TC telephone conference (it costs too much)
 * review by Email (IMHO, issue tracker should be better): Prof. Aoyama,
Arthur, me and Chet(if possible)
 * of cause, comments from other member is also welcome, but not mandatory
