Chet,
Yes, it is for the document that is out in 60-day public review. I will contact you on the change after the review ends. Thank you.
Tom
Hi Tom,
This is for OSLC PROMCODE V1.0 that is now out in its 60-day public review, correct?
Please log these the way you would any feedback received during the review. When the review period closes, you will be able to produce a corrected CS for submission to the members in the call for consent. Paul and I will help you with that process when the time comes.
Best,
/chet Chet,
The current PROMCODE documents have the following content that we think it needs to change.
1. Kamimura, Yabuta-san, and Yoshida-san are in the list of editors with affiliation with Nanzan University and mail address of Nanzan University. As you know they are no longer valid. How should we change them? To Independent with our current e-mail addresses?
2. Aoyama-san is still listed as an editor. He wrote a part of the spec document. Is it appropriate to leave him? Then, e-mail address is no longer usable. So, what should we do about it?
3. Depending on what we will do on 1 and 2. we want to add the acknowledgement to Nanzan University in the Appendix B of the spec document.
Appreciate hearing your advice.
Regards,
Tom
