1. Public review on Errata
A public review of OSLC PROMCODE v1.0 Errata 01 started on May 19, 2022, and ended on June 2, 2022. No comments were submitted during the review.
As a result, Kamimura moved the TC approve OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 Errata 01 Committee Specification Draft 01 contained in https://docs.oasis-open.org/oslc-promcode/promcode/v1.0/errata01/csd01/promcode-v1.0-errata01-csd01.html as ab Approved Errata and make it available with OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 OASIS Standard. Yabuta-san seconded. There was no discussions nor objections. Therefore, the motion was approved unanimously.
2. New member
David Filip of Huawei joined the TC as a new member. Kamimura contacted him for his participation, but has not heard from him so far. David did not join the meeting today.
3. IBM's PROMCODE server implementation and Excel client
Wakao-san reported that he and Horiuchi-san were able to successfully run their implementation of PROMCODE server. Wakao-san explained the implementation and posted detailed information in Slack.It was agreed that Matsumoto-san will try to implement a server in NEC's environment to see if the information is sufficient to create a server easily. In the meantime, Wakao-san will try to see how he can create an Excel client as a PROMCODE client so that an Excel can communicate with their PROMCODE server.
Actions:
- Kamimura to request TC Admin Office for publication of the approved Errata.
- Matsumoto-san will try to create a new PROMCODE server in NEC using the information Wakao-san posted in Slack.
- Wakao-san will investigate how an Excel can be made as a PROMCODE client that can communicate with their PROMCODE server
