1. Creating a document on implementation of PROMCODE server using Lyo Toolkit.

• Wakao updated the document for the latest Lyo Designer changes. 
• Matsumoto-san and Horiuchi-san did verification all the steps to ensure that a total flow and steps work. Not completed yet.

Actions:

• Matsumoto-san and other members will continue to verify the updated document

  • Verify the behavior with use-case scenario in https://docs.oasis-open.org/oslc-promcode/usecase/v1.0/usecase-v1.0.html

• Wakao will update the draft document for the comment from others
• Wakao will contact Jad for the following questions
• how to install m2e in Lyo Designer
• inline resource Measure is not fully inlined in the containing resource Artifact 
• Wakao will contact Jad about contribution to OSLC wiki
