nominating Valerie Fenwick for OASIS PKCS 11 TC co-chair

I nominate Valerie Fenwick to serve as co-chair of the PKCS 11 TC. Here is a brief statement of her qualifications for this role.

Valerie Anne Fenwick is a Software Development Manager at Oracle Corporation with over a decade of experience in computer security. She helped to design and develop the userland cryptographic framework, based around PKCS#11, for the Oracle Solaris operating system, and previously worked as a developer on the SunScreen Firewall. In addition, she led the Oracle Solaris Change Request Team, which is responsible for making decisions as to what code changes are incorporated into the Operating System and Networking consolidation. Valerie has a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University. She is a co-author of the Solaris 10 Security Essentials book and writes a blog on bicycling, beer and security.
