Cancelled: PKCS 11 TC bi-weekly meeting (Conference Call)

        With Bob unavailable doe to a prior engagement and a number of proposals he has pushed to the reflector in the past couple of days I have not had enough time to go through them to be able to comment on them at this point. I see some questions have already been raised which really means that we may need Bob to discuss.

I have been in contact with others who have outstanding items and note that with travel and other commitments that some others will be unlikely to make the meeting as a result I don't particularly want to have a meeting that consists of roll call and not much else so I am cancelling the call on the 10th and hope that we will be in a better position to look at these papers on the 24th.
