        We decided on solution 2. Update solution 2 draft to handle full set of functions rather than just init.

NOTE: I also change the function signature on C_VerifySignature() to remove the signature parameter there as well as C_VerifySignatureFinal() so only C_VerifySignatureUpdate did not change it's function signature (further justifying the decision to define a whole new set of functions rather than a single one.
