Compiled document and Implementation Plan

Morning everyone,

We had our conference call last Thursday, Steve Hanna, Kefeng and myself were on the call.

We decided the next step is to review the list of case studies (listed on the attached doc) and determine under which category (Benefits/Value, Risk Management, ROI) do these case studies apply to.  According to our Action Plan, our goal is to "Include specific examples of PKI applications with real benefits and ROI".  In this case, we are including Risk Management as well.

We have divided the case studies to 4.  Steve Hanna takes 1-4, Kefeng takes 5-8, Stephen Wilson, if you can take 9-12 and I'll take the rest.

If you can complete the review and provide us update by our next conference call (Aug 5/04), that would be great.  Various case studies may include in the link, please provide specific link to case studies that are applicable only.  

Keep in mind that our goal here is to provide a very busy Executive a quick way to determine whether PKI is suitable for his/her company.  

In the August PKI TC meeting, we can provide them with our list of questions and see if we can publish our interim result.

For those who were not able to make it to the conference call, if you have other case studies you want to look at, you are feel free to do so.
