Hi Tom
I do not think that it is a good idea to add the link
to the two cover pages in the "Index block" at the top of the
module.
ISO will object. They are only interested in the ISO
cover page.
I think that a better solution is to add it to the
navigation index on stepmod.
The publication process (the ant scripts) resolves by
copying and renaming which cover page the “Index block” is pointing
at.
