Subject: FW: [protege-owl] Saving OWL deletes my classes
Hi If you are using Protege 3.0 Build 104 and OWL plugin Build 216, you need to be aware of this problem. I have been in contact with the Protégé authors and they have provided me with a work around. It will be fixed in the next OWL plugin release this week. If you can't wait for that, I can forward you the fix. I then loaded an existing OWL file built using a previous version of the OWL Plugin 1.3, Build 185 and an older version of Protégé (I don’t which) When I save the file it contains no classes at all. My file has several owl:imports and my ont_policy file is set accordingly. I can provide the OWL files if that will help. Has anybody else had this problem? Or am I doing something strange in my OWL files?
