Subject: OWL usage for PLCS
All,
In Amsterdam I was asked to restart the discussion about the OWL-definition of reference data (Action 17/2).
We need to define which tags and attributes should be populated in order for the definition to be complete, and which are optional/prohibited.
This document could be a starting point for the discussion.
