Title: Potential (Minor) Infrastructure issue.

Hi Rob,

I came across the Dexlib entity VS capability listing almost by accident when trying to find out if a certain entity was already described by a capability.

This is a useful facility & probably under-used (given my experience!).

I was looking for the usage of task_element_assignment, task_method_assignment &/or task_method_version_assignment to see which capabilities use one or more of these entities.

The result was that none of these are listed, although many other task entities are. So my assumption was that there was no capability currently defined which uses these entities.

I was thus surprised to note that C012 - Task_identification uses all 3!

Is this mechanism still working or are other references also out of date?

I think it would be useful to resolve this issue.
