New capability: representing_value_with_units

Hi

During the recent TOG meeting we discussed the need to have a capability to represent a value and a unit.

This capability would provide a discussion of units + standard unit reference data.

It would also include the templates:

representing_quantity

representing_count

representing_value_range

 

The capability could then be used to represent a count in an assembly, a value+unit for a property.

 

I have checked in the capability – the content is still to be developed.
