Issue submission against C050 - Referencing_resource

Title: Issue submission against C050 - Referencing_resource

Dear All,

C050 - Referencing_resource does not include required_resource or it's subtypes; required_resource_by_specification or required_resource_by_resource_item.

However, it is refered to in the key-words, information model, figures 1 & 2 and is also implied by the items in the associated reference data section.

I think that these entities were just inadvertantly missed and are required to be referenced just as those resource_as_realized objects are.
