Hi Nicolas Figay joined the PLCS TC telecom and discussed a technical
data pack dex. He raised a number of issues about the process as to how to
go about creating a dex. How to get approval for the creation of the dex, how to
create the team etc. Maybe I have missed something .. but … I am not sure
that we have a clear process on this … or whether it is documented. Also …. I think that the membership of TOG should be
considered Who is a member? Why are they members? What are the criteria for membership? Is it by invite or self selecting? There was also some discussion on the call about when we
should modify the templates to use the Ap239e2 schema, which I think that we should
