Background
The PLCS Implementation Feedback workshop held in conjunction with PDT
Europe 2010, identified a range of issues with the current approach to DEXs
. The majority of these issues have been addressed by various stakeholders
in semi-coordinated efforts. This has resulted in a new approach to
developing and documenting DEXs being proposed to the PLCS OASIS TC. The TC
proposed that the TOG investigate the new approach and recommended an
approach for the future development and sustainment of DEXs. It should be
noted that the current DEXlib is tied to the first edition of PLCS and so
change is necessary simply to allow use of the new edition of ISO
10303-239.

Aim 
The aim of the workshop is for the TOG to conclude on a revised approach
for development and sustainment of DEXs. The workshop is intended to be
extremely technical in nature.

Inputs 
1.	Implementation Feedback Issues
2.	Various efforts.
Outputs
1.	Clear advice to the TC on approving or not the new approach as the
OASIS approach for development and sustainment of DEXs. 
2.	Suggest a route forward/transition plan.
3.	Update the work plan accordingly.
