Title: Workshop #2 - Synchronise work on DEXs and reference data between PLCS pilots and OASIS/PLCS

Dear all.
As previous announced, we will arrange a workshop 19 and 20 October in Stockholm. This is the second workshop in the “Synchronisation” work.

The workshop will be located at Sheraton/Stockholm, room “Mälarsalong B”. The address to Sheraton is Tegelbacken 6 in Stockholm.

Start/end time: 09:00 – 17:00. We might finish a bit earlier on Wednesday.

Please let me (Trine) know if you plan to attend.

The workshop will be a continuance of the previous one and focus on the interpretation of the PLCS data model in relation to the chosen business concept example “Equipment and Parts”. We will also focus on identifying related reference data.

A spreadsheet will be sent you Monday with input to the reference data discussions.

Proposed agenda:

Day 1.
1.      Actions from previous workshop
a.      Updated legacy figure

b.      Updated example of business concept and reference data (Equipment and part)
c.      Documentation of the business concept
d.      Plan for reference data activities (related to the example)
e.      First proposal for DEXs

2.      Use of capabilities in DEXLib in example business concept

3.      Agree “standard” interpretations of the data model and identify related reference data.

b.      additional data from other pilots
