Rolls-Royce has generously agreed to provide teleconference capabilities at
the end of each day so that PLCS members who are unable to attend the
face-to-face meeting in Bristol can be updated on the issues.  Members not
attending the face-to-face are encouraged to teleconference at the end of
each day and assist in meeting a quorum.

The agenda has been updated to include the teleconference information.
