 Hi all,

This is a comment on the procedure used by Rob to prepare the ballot document.

I firmly believe that,
   1- Creating the information which should be balloted in DEXlib.
   2- Copying it from DEXlib and pasting it into a Word-document.
   3- Presenting the document for ballot.
should be stated as a standard ballot procedure within the OASIS PLCS TC, because it makes sure that the information exists within DEXlib and isn't lost in a document in the OASIS archive.

The author/"ballot-manager" is of course responsable to correct DEXlib later according to the ballot descision.

This procedure should only be used for ballots regarding information which should be inside DEXlib (e.g. not for OASIS PLCS TC organisation issues).

I have just uploaded this document in response to:

ACTION 15/3: Rob Bodington to cut down reference data procedures to
essential information.  Secretariat to send out for ballot for voting
members only. Send ballot copy to entire PLCS membership.  

The document outlines the procedure for developing and publishing PLCS
reference data.

pasted into this Word document for ease of access.
