Subject: Re: [plcs] Groups - ref_data_procedure_v001.doc uploaded

FYI, there is a urn prefix registered for OASIS, see RFC 3121
(http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc3121.html).

For (semi)permanent publications the urn identification scheme. In
particular, for schemas, owl-taxonomies et al the urn's are very
appropriate.

The example below would be something like

urn:oasis:names:tc:plcs:memo:2005-0001,1

or something similar. More interesting is to formally define the
capabilities, dexes, and owl definitions with urn's.

urn:oasis:names:specification:plcs:owl:general:1.0
urn:oasis:names:specification:plcs:dex:01:1.0
urn:oasis:names:specification:plcs:capability:001:1.0

The first example maybe is better as

urn:oasis:names:specification:plcs:rdl:general:1.0

Before doing this, please verify that the naming scheme conforms with
the RFC and whoever is reponsible at OASIS, i.e. do not take my word for it.

Regarding the use of Word, I rather duck the quetsion and not comment at
all.
