A set of PLCS PLM web services have been developed by Eurostep and are being put forward here for consideration as the basis for development into a PLCS standard by the PLCS OASIS subcommittee. The referenced document is an initial draft being circulated for comment. VIVACE is a four-year EC project, which now is half way through. One goal is to develop collaboration environments for the European aeronautical industry.
