The combined NWI and CD ballot for the second edition of AP 239 has now
been formally launched.  

Our aim is to ensure that all substantive comments are raised against
the CD version of the document, so that the DIS ballot becomes a
formality.

For the NWI to be approved we need not only a majority in favour, but
also nominated experts from at least five countries in order to meet the
ISO acceptance criteria.

So please engage with your national standards bodies, and ensure that
your support is made known to them before they cast their votes.
