It is expected that the meeting will be able to either

(a) approve a new Committee Specification Draft and release it for further public review, or

(b) approve the amended draft without material changes to go forward for ballot as a Committee Specification

The necessary resolutions require a full majority vote ? ie more than 50% of all current Voting members, based on the meeting attendance criteria.
