All the comments from the first public review of PLCS V1.0 have been
dispositioned, and the additional errors highlighted through implementation
have also been  fixed.  It is now possible to re-adopt the Committee
Specification Draft and to submit it for a second 15-day public review.

With the difficulty we have encountered in finding a date where sufficient
voting members could attend, OASIS have advised us that it is feasible to
obtain the necessary full majority vote through an email ballot, which will
open on 26 June and close on 3 July at 23.59 UTC.

Voting members are therefore invited to indicate their approval for each of the
two following resolutions, which include the links to the latest documents.

1)	The TC approves the Product Life Cycle Support Version 1.0 Committee
Specification Draft 02 and all associated artifacts contained in Product Life
Cycle Support Version 1.0 CSD 02 as a Committee Specification Draft.
2)	The TC approves the release of Product Life Cycle Support Version 1.0
Committee Specification Draft 02 and all associated artifacts contained in
Product Life Cycle Support V1.0 CSDPRD 02 for a fifteen-day public review.

In accordance with OASIS rules, eligibility to vote requires attendance of 3 out
of 5 of the last meetings, so according to the OASIS roster, the following are
