Subject: Re: PPS TC has approved drafts for public review #2
Happy New Year to all! I have the 3 documents ready for public review; I had to make a few minor adjustments: 1. We now require that the conformance section be the last numbered section immediately preceding any appendices. 2. I updated the cross-references to the 3 specifications to conform to the OASIS style 3. I updated the copyright date in the Notices section 4. I adjusted the URLs on the cover page to conform to the existing files 5. There was previously a set of files identified as PR02 so I changed them all to PR03 The only thing that I'm not sure of is that the TC must now declare one of the 3 formats as authoritative: doc, html, or pdf. As soon as you let me know I can add that to the cover pages of the 3 specifications and announce the review. I will also send a revised set of files back to the TC for your records. All the best, Mary Mary P McRae Director, Standards Development Technical Committee Administrator OASIS: Advancing open standards for the information society email: mary.mcrae@oasis-open.org web: www.oasis-open.org twitter: @fiberartisan #oasisopen phone: 1.603.232.9090 Standards are like parachutes: they work best when they're open.
