Cliff – many thanks. Unless there are objections, I’ll annotate this on the site.

My understanding of this role (and please anyone else pitch in) is to be responsible for the finished specification documentation. This involves ensuring that the composite parts of the spec (from sub committee work etc) and contributing works are cohesively brought together as the spec moves forward.

Folks

As one of the follow-ups from yesterday’s conference call, we need to find nominations/volunteers for a couple of committee positions. For webmaster, I will continue to maintain the web site. If this becomes a big job, I’ll solicit help. We do need a volunteers and/or nominations for the position of Recording Secretary. Duties will include maintenance of meeting minutes and the keeping of a register/record of attendance at committee meetings.

A step forward before everyone else steps back?
