[provision] PSTC Con-call 8/26/2002 ??

In [3] Gavenraj proposed 8/26 for the next call and asked that attendees
mail him if they plan to attend.  I'm on the road and have not heard if
folks plan to attend.  Just in case, here is a proposed agenda and call
details. 

I'm at a conference in Boston, I'll be there to start the call but may
have to jump off after about 30 minutes.
