The attached list now has only four issues (of which one is addressed in 
Draft 17).

 65.	SchemaEntityRefType needs optional #targetID.
      Reference definition in target 1 to refer to an entity on target 2.

Draft 16 - NOT FIXED.

75. Globally change psoId to psoID, targetId to targetID, and containerId to
containerID. (From spec issue #21.)
Draft 17 - NOT FIXED.  Core, password, suspend and updates still contain "psoId".
