Updated OpenSPML 2.0 Toolkit

Hi all,

As you know, The OpenSPML.org project has an early version of the
toolkit for SPML 2.0 available to the subscribers of this list.

Here are the latest additions:

1) The DSML Profile Bindings are complete - there are now classes for 
Attr, Modification, Attributes, and Filter (and all of their various 
sub-elements).

2) The Spml2Client has been enhanced for error-handling.  If it has a 
Response available when an exception is encountered, it will place the
response in a new class, Spml2ExceptionWithResponse and throw it.  This
allows the client to check result codes, etc.
