BTW, the modellers here felt that need too and asked for a
UID that was actually some kind of unique name. It was
justifiable since they were using Excel sheets before adding
CC/BIEs to registry and thus hahad no UUIDs at first.

Although, once in the registry, its not really needed anymore.
We were doing these searches like

"Show me all CCs are contained by UUID="uuid:urn:...";

Or, if the client tool allows, select the object and choose
"Show me all contained CCs". No UUID needed here (at least for
the user eyes).
