ROWS Proposal: please send your reccomendation by email

We had a brief call attended by myself and Suresh. We discussed the latest writeup
of the ROWS proposal and decided to finish the meeting due to lack of attendance.
I would like to suggest that we send in our recommendation by COB 3pm US EDT
tomorrow, on the following question:

"Should we send the ROWS proposal in its current state to the broader  ebXML
registry  TC for their vote for inclusion into V2.0 spec?"

If you vote NO then please provide your reasons.

On my part I am satisfied with the ROWS proposal as being worthy of consideration
by the ebXML registry TC and recommend YES. Thanks Sanjay for your hard work on
this proposal.
