An SCM face-to-face next week?

Hello,

A while back Carl mentioned the possibility of having a SCM 
face-to-face meeting in coordination with XML 2004.  With Prof. 
Dogac in the Washington area, it does seem a rare opportunity for us
to get together. Even an informal meeting could be useful.

I also heard last week that an OASIS subgroup is working on semantic
content to supplement the information exchange-able through the ISO
PLCS work, and they believe that support for OWL is available in RIM!
Has anyone else heard about this?
