Rajesh :
First thanks for declaring interest:
ISO 20000 is essentially a 'fast track' adoption of BS 15000 which in turn is related to the ITIL guidelines for IT Service Management, as in -.
- ITIL (which I contributed to when working on UK Gov projects) sets out the best practices that enable enterprises to achieve the quality of IT Services management required by British Standards Institute BS 15000.
ITSMF has lots of info http://www.itsmf.com/
- BS 15000 sets the standards that IT Services management processes should aim (as in aiming to be at level 4 CMM for software development) for, and objectively tests that best practices really have been adopted.

Hi Carl,
Are the ISO 20000 documents available for public consumption? Where do I get
more information on the topic?
Most of the sites seem to carry only limited information.
Thanks,

Subject: [regrep-semantic] Ontology for IT Services Management
This is an open solicitation for support to help create an OWL Ontology for
IT Services Management. The outcome will be two-fold :
- Define how the objects of IT Services Management (as defined by ISO 20000)
are related to each other (e.g. same as, disjoint).
- Specify an ebxml Registry profile that identifies how this Ontology is
used to classify 'Web Services etc'
