Page 1 - 247 - ontologies to add the knowledge - remove 'the' 

Page 11 - 302 - Recommendations - should be Recommended Enhancements 

Page 16 - 432 - be human friendly - add - but MUST be a unique ID value
within the registry. 

Page 24 - 808 - 812 - is this bug fixed?  Can we remove this comment? 

Page 74 - 3407 - I think it would be very helpful to reference the
recent white paper - since that gives application examples - I think
this paper should also be referenced in the Introduction - as an
example of implementation using this approach with OWL and ebXML for
healthcare applications.

Asuman has made several revisions to our draft specification based on 
feedback received.

I feel the document is good enough [TM] to be reviewed by the broader
membership of the regrep TC.

How do other SC members feel on the proposal to submit the latest draft 
to the
regrep TC and begin the TC wide review phase for this specification?
