I cannot figure out why an email has not been sent from Kavi for this 
new ballot at:

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/regrep-semantic/ballot.php?id=1011

Kathryn, if you know, then please let me know.

In any event, please do your civic duty and vote on this ballot ASAP. 
The sooner everyone votes
the sooner we can close the ballot and if it is positive then move the 
spec through the rgerp TC review process.
