I meant to say "registered" in UDDI, not "defined."  Sorry for the slip of
the fingers.  Here is where having some marketing experience would help me
greatly... Are we now trying to say too much in the PR?  Should we just
stick to the original PR as posted by Kathryn, with the typos corrected.

I think it would be appropriate to do this if the paper were available in
time
on OASIS. I also would describe the work as being defined by both OASIS and
UDDI, not just "within" UDDI, although we couldn't position it as a true
co-operative effort, of course.
