[regrep] Current Comments Log?

I see that the page at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/regrep/ now has
a "Comments and Resolutions" link.  Thanks for making that link available.

I note that the current log is out-of-date by a few weeks.  The latest
update appears to have been on 18 March 2002.  Farrukh, can you please
provide an updated version and can we get this file available as soon as
possible.  Since the posting of the file, we have seen the following
comments:

Farrukh, Some of the new Issue numbers cited within specific eMail responses
will need to be adjusted.  There appears to be an unintended re-use of issue
numbers 174 and 175.
