Kathryn, et al,

I again must offer regrets.  This time I am in Europe and am unable to
attend.  Please carefully consider my comments and notes regarding v2.03
ebRS posted at,
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/regrep/200206/msg00023.html, prior to
closing the vote and posting the relevant v2.1 files. 

I just did a very quick review of the current Issues Log and note that while
many issues may "have been" resolved, the Date and Version of Resolution are
left blank (e.g., Issue numbers >= 180). Could we please endeavor to
maintain this data as well.
