Hi Max,

I have seen issues with this file and have posted notes to the list.  

Did you see my recent posts at:

in general) and

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/regrep/200206/msg00023.html (file name
issues)? 

What version of the file were you attempting to validate?

Farrukh Najmi of Sun has been the editor of the WSDL files in question.  As
I have not the opportunity to test anything lately (since my last post), I
am unsure of which issues have been fixed and what the actual state of the
two WSDL files are.  When I last checked, I could not validate them either.

Hello people,

RegistrySOAPBinding.wsdl is INVALID. It fails to validate against MIME 
Binding Schema.
See line 27 of the file. Use XML Spy or any other correct validator. 
After you got the error and you still think that the file is correct check 
this resource: http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl#A4.4 .
Please, let me know if I'm wrong or I missed something. :)
