[regrep] association uniqness

Dear TC,

I couldn't find anything in the specs to resolve this situation:

Object O1 has 2 associations (A1,A2) with object O2. The only thing different 
between A1 and A2 is their ID. Is it valid? Should the specs say something 
about it? Was it already said somewhere?
